Mobile & Broadband Usage IOS Concept

A simple mobile application to manage calling, texting and data usage, make payments, track and change plans/add-ons, make enquiries, and to be notified with the latest news and account updates.

As the designer, I worked through a range of existing requirements based on their existing apps in the app store and proposed improved features such as the eCommerce mobile shopping cart for adding packs to your mobile plan and a simple customer messaging interface to reduce call center traffic and encourage enquiries through a live-chat.

The design process involved a site map and analysis of the existing vs proposed features. A series of UX wireframing, UI design, and design discussions. The concept of the design was to create a level of visual hierarchy and expose the important data stand out more prominently.
