Denoting Required Fields

I'm trying a different approach to denoting required fields on web forms. Most of the time I (like most everyone else) uses asterisks or some other icon in combination with some directional text. This time, however, I used fieldsets to break out the required fields.

This isn't a catch all solution because we often need to use fieldsets for other segmentation. But if they're unused I think they're a solid solution. And clear?
