I just remembered a word my grandmother (a native karelian) used to say - avvoisuu. As i learning Karelian i always refer to her sayings. Yesterday i finally found out what 'avvoisuu' means. The most exact translation is 'absentminded' i guess. Japanese for this word is ボヤボヤ pronounced like 'boyaboya'.

I know my lovely granny will never read that message cuz she is too old and doesn't even know of Internet, but anyway. I guess her greatest mission was to teach me how to read at the age of three, and thousands of little kids just like me in elementary school, where she worked for 40 years. Thank you, my dear, for teaching me and being my guide to this everchanging world.
