Biggby Wifi Success Screen Concept

Biggby is a coffee chain in Michigan. This is a concept to improve their wifi connected success screen. Thousands of people see the current screen (Attachment 1) each day and it is a wasted opportunity. I spent a little time and put together a concept that will improve their brand, experience, and sales. Using this screen to entice customers with a coupon offer would grow their email list and attract new and reoccurring business by sending news, updates, offers, specials, etc.

This is just a concept to show something that all businesses should be doing and to show my capabilities in helping businesses with ux, marketing, social media, etc. The design would go more in depth once I was working with a business and designing for their brand, needs, etc.
