Zalando is E-Commerce company
based in Berlin, Germany, selling clothing and accessories online.

The icons were designed for a smart phone app to help identify Zalando’s employee performance models. Each icon represents a strength which matches to
each employee’s individual skills and strengths. The user takes an online test and the app determines which strengths they possess.
