AcquiWatch - Card UI
This is an example of how the upcoming site AcquiWatch is laid out. It uses a card based UI to show historical acquisition data.
The focus was to show information based on order of importance. So the price and name of the company acquired are the most visible. Then it decreases with the date and buyer company. This was to make what we felt was the most important data, easiest to glance at.
In addition the card shows a brief description of the company and country where it resides in.
