The basic idea of this was to create a Daily UI TV App, that allows you to browse through all the UI done for the dailyui.co website. (In this case I used my own designs that I did thus far)

Now I wanted a UI Design that keeps the attention more on the gallery of the designs done for Daily UI. Because I see this more as a way to browse for inspiration.

But all of this did not start on the PC, I initially did it first on my drawing board, cutting papers out, drawing a rectangle on the board and playing papers and other stuff on the board to eventually visualize how this would look. (See attachments)

The colored buttons are based on a remote controller I currently have for a Samsung television. I definitely had a lot of fun doing this in a real traditional manner, because 99% of the time we mainly do things on the PC, while forgetting the experience and brainstorming aspect of doing it without any digital tools.

So if you haven't tried creating a UI mainly with cutout papers, cardboard etc. try it out. It is a lot of fun, and makes you become more playful (at least for me I was just excited throughout the whole process)
