Fake News on Google

I really liked Facebook's new initiative to remove fake news and after a recent Google search for the iPad Mini 5, felt Google should implement something similar.

Theoretically, Google could simply omit content they deem 'fake news' from search results, but I'm not sure actively monitoring/hiding news for the entire internet, would be ethical (or possible). That being said, though, I'm sure they could aggregate feedback to better inform users while they browse.
