Recipe | Week 5 | Weekly UI
I'm cooking this tonight for our family Christmas, so it felt appropriate for this week's UI challenge! So many times I've followed along with a recipe on my phone and I wish these websites would make it easier for me. A couple things I would do on my recipe website:
– Make it so it keeps my screen from turning off after so long. I hate unlocking it with sticky fingers!
– Be able to check off ingredients as I add them, or as I purchase them in the store. Each ingredient and step has a checkbox next to it so that it can be used however you'd like - either as you add or purchase or both (check them off as you purchase, then clear them all and check as you add each ingredient).
