Too weird to live, too rare to die

Looking back on the year, and I thought I better document this little gem on Dribbble. Created for the Adobe Creative Jam in October (in two hours!) with my team mate @Chris Pecora this was our answer to the theme from this Hunter S. Thompson quote: "Too weird to live, and too rare to die.”

I think we took a little bit deeper approach than most other teams and worked in some subtle visual puns and drug references...much to the delight of both the judges and our peers.

I handled the illustration here, while Chris provided the type and some of his trademark textural wizardry.
