Skills Refresh

I've been trying to find time between projects to update the designs of the Kit Skills page. Aesthetic improvements aside, a major area of focus was differentiating enabled skills (My Skills) vs ones not yet enabled (Add New Skills) and Pro Skills from Basic Skills (certain skills require an upgraded account). Currently, they all exist on a single page in a way that is difficult to understand.
