Animated Jpegs - Portfolio Rollover Effect

This is a bad quality representation of the Animated Jpeg effect we have developed for our new creative template - Influx

Animation:
The animation is 5 seconds long and runs at 10 fps. It is triggered by a rollover and resets on rollout, looping if the mouse remains in hover the state.

Creation:
To create one of these animated Jpegs we have developed a script (Win, Mac, Linux) which will accept almost any video source file. All you have to do is enter the start time and the required quality and that's it.

Filesize:
Between 150Kb and 500Kb depending on the video quality, but the animation quality and colors of the output is excellent compared to an animated gif (as can be seen by the poor quality of the image above which is almost 2 Mb)
