Tasker Team Illustration

Playing around with an illustration to represent Taskers. Needed to keep it simple because it will be smaller in some places. Use case is web and mobile and to demonstrate our "Quick Assign" flow where you let the platform pick the best suited Tasker for your needs.

I need some feedback though. Our color palate is so minimal and I feel like there's a lot of gray here. Lines might be too thin for an icon? What feedback do you have or would you change?
