Percolate Mobile - Onboarding Version 2

Version 2 of the onboarding flow for the Percolate Mobile app. We're trying to highlight three things:
1. License (or team) selection - lets users pick the brands or regions they want to view.
2. Activity feed - surfaces comments, created content, uploaded files, and approvals from their selected licenses.
