Guys, this game was special for a few reasons. 1 / The Jackets got coach Tortorella his 500th NHL win (against a team he used to be the head coach for nonetheless) 2 / This is our 9th win in a row, which ties us with our franchise record for the most CBJ wins in a row.

Here's the thing. We had the lead in this game twice. At the end of the second it was by 2 and in normal Jacket fashion we lost it. But we pulled together and scored again (but so did the Cunucks in the final minutes of regular time). So it came down to 5 mins in overtime when Jones scored on a 2-on-1 break with Atkinson. The game had its ups (I'm talking about that no-look, cross-crease pass from Hartnell to Saad for a goal) and its downs (fighting off a PP only to seconds later get another Cross Check penalty resulting in a Canucks goal), but overall I'd rather watch Sunday hockey over football any day.
