Scroll Hint Prototype

People always ask for full height and width hero images but then get worried users won't know to scroll the page (but seriously when was the last time you went to a page and thought "I guess there's nothing else to see, I won't even try to scroll!")?

A scroll indicator is usually the solve, but I feel like there has to be a better way. In an effort to address that concern I've been playing with the idea of having the content below the fold area peak up once your cursor is over the bottom half of the screen so a user can see theres more, and then be encouraged to scroll.
