The redesign of the billing system mainly focussed on the biggest pain point of our users i.e time taken to generate bills and complexity of the old system which made it highly incomprehensible for them to use.

The search and add system made it really fast to find what they need with intelligent suggestions based on frequency of use, nature of treatment and practice etc. Along with the integration with Ray V7 calendar this helped increase the adoption and volume of bills being created on Ray V7 than the older V6 version and is constantly on the path to improvement.
