Patient Charting - Practo Ray V7

The patient charting system is an EMR system keeps track of all the encounters and communication the patient has with a doctor, this is one of the newest development in Ray V7.

The UX and wireframes of this module was done by our Lead Designer at the time @Paresh Joshi. My role for this module was to work on the visual design to build a logical visual hierarchy for this information heavy screen that aids our users comprehend and use the interface better.
