My Modus Operandi, I mean my Work Flow

I did this flow diagram to explain my process, how I will work, things I follow in my design process.

You can see where I accommodated this flow picture.

ANALYZE the project/product requirement, brainstorm myself with the product managers for the requirement gathering stuffs with lot and bunch of paper sketches, paper prototyping to finalize the flow.
This will comes under my VISUALIZation, will bring the clear picture before jumping into DESIGN process.
