Ratings Stats

Trying to post more stuff I'm working on. This is a first crack at the UI for looking at the ratings and rating trends over time for a product.

Users have told us that it's valuable to know if a tech product is on it's way up in quality or down when they're looking to make a big purchase for their workplace, and to know how their peers rate on deeper aspects like support or reliability.
