Pueblu

I decided to start practicing icon design; each icon represents one typical thing from "my" village, which is located in Cantabria, in the north of Spain. Top to bottom, left to right we have:
1. Corredores/balcones (Balconies)
2. Invernales (Type of building destined to shelter the catter during autumn and winter)
3. Los Pinos (Really important spot for its spiritual meaning)
4. Peña Sagra (Mountain range, 2046 m. high)
5. Dalle/Guadaña (Scythe)
6. Boronu (Loaf made of corn meal and blood)
7. Jacina/Hacina (Pile of hay)
8. Cuévanu (Kind of pannier (?) used as a backpack)
9. Escudo (Coat of arms)
10. Vaca Tudanca (Primitive cow breed)
11. Albarcas (Rustic wooden shoes)
12. Picayos (Traditional dance accompanied by castanets, drum and tambourines)
