Breaking News: Whoa!

We needed an icon to reflect user interaction, but with news we couldn't use "Like" or "Love", because the news may be terrible. But everybody can say "whoa" about good news, and bad news. It's a measure of surprise in the story.

It also worked as a button to press when people wanted to react, and it fit in with a family of icons, based on our logo.
