Job description editor design (TalentTribe)

A job description editor designed for TalentTribe.

The main purpose was to show the user how the page will look eventually, and to make them aware of the resulting feel and look - by making the editor look similar to the actual outcome. This makes the editor very reliant, and the person who uses it - proud of the result.

The second goal was to make it easy to create a job position, and to generate a page that also showcases the company's culture.

The third goal was aimed at the job-seekers themselves - we wanted to make the description more approachable and inspire the users to explore more about the company.

This editor was so well-received that we've decided to redesign the whole ecosystem accordingly.
