While working at iCare we were pretty close to the VA and their framework VistA, an old system written in a language called "Mumps" (look it up). Anyway, VA physicians needed a way to not only view images, but also edit, share, and collaborate on the images as well. As part of the requirements, users needed a robust (great word) tool bar that offered them the following actions:

Duplicate Image
Edit Image
Export Image to colleague
