Timesaverz is a home service platform that provide agents for various tasks like cleaning, pest control, appliances repair and handyman jobs. The client engaged us to improve the existing UX of their Customer App, Agent App and Web Portal.�

Redesigning the system involved understanding the users and their needs. We explored a wide range of solutions and made rapid prototypes to test the same. After the redesign, the rating of the Timesaverz App increased to 4.0 on the Google Playstore. Where 635 users rated it 5 stars.
