Doctor scheduling app

Situation:

Doctor Johny visits 2 different hospitals while also running his own clients. His daily schedule may start at 8 am until 8 pm. He splits his time between the hospitals and his clinic. 

E.g.: Mon 8am-1 pm Apollo Hosp, 2pm-5 pm Remedy Hosp, 6 pm-8 pm Getwell Clinic
Schedule and time may differ for rest of the week.
