Working on a toggle for a patient screen.

The idea is that the personal details are kept in the information button in the top right corner, and when pressed there main details will appear as a flip screen. The current notes are kept in the notes tab, then you can slide across for the patients history.

Which each section you can record/listen to notes, or click the diagnosis for more notes, and as you get down to the checklist, you will be able to click to tick boxes.
