GoDaddy Web ProsKnow a local business owner in need of a WordPress designer/developer to build their site? GoDaddy's just put out a a great resource to get those in need and those with skills, who are in the same area, together. Web Pro connect is where you can browse experienced WordPress designer's and developer’s profiles to find the right one for your site and budget.We wanted to have a great landing page that shows where to meet a professional or participate in an event. I structured the page simply and sparsely with sections where one can check out GoDaddy Pros, WordPress Rockstars, and upcoming events. I even added a section with small business resources. All of this just for just one location!But we've actually created these pages for many areas, both cities and states. And each localized landing page all starts with my favorite part: the banner images, which were super fun to make. This one, for San Diego, is based on the actual San Diego city skyline. I did use the skyline idea for some cities, but states got a more general treatment.

So far, there are only 9 locations. But keep an eye out, more locations are on the way.
