Pattern Lab Redesign

We've been using Pattern Lab at Target to build all of our components. PL has served us really well up until this point. Our goal as a Design Systems team is to scale our process across the enterprise and the feedback so far has shown us that the current UI for PL needs work. Our teams outside of engineering find PL overwhelming to perform basic tasks such as find patterns, find documentation, and share patterns with colleagues. The UI needs some work so as part of our effort to support teams outside our team, we decided to redesign PL to be searched focused. We're also adding support for React. This is a work-in-progress so I'm open to feedback. I'd like to redesign it in the open.
