Working on to improve the help center experience for online support more ideas for revamping, including a much needed improved implementation Api Documentation.
One of the initiatives to help users to become comfortable with product is to create a Help Center with video tutorials, documentation, FAQs and recommended ways of creating peer assessment sessions with the students. The Help Center will become the central hub that collects all of the necessary knowledge to learn about the eCommerce platform. . :-)
