MongoDB Europe 16 Main Stage

Used a bit of processing to do the heavy lifting for the 85' wide main stage backdrop at our first major European user conference.

The sketch was setup to take a single SVG and place it across a predetermined hexagonal grid on a scaled down canvas. It then assigned each shape random scale and color values based on specific range and weighted color pool. Once it generated a "favorable" design I would export it to PDF and bring it into Illustrator to clean up/finish.
