Recruitment - Dashboard and Login

My next shot for upcoming project collaboration with my mate. Visual exploration of hiring system for small and growing company.
We are currently digging problem about hiring system in company. Somehow hire people for a company will feel like gambling, and they have to wait longer to get better candidates. and sometimes they have to spend money to trainee new hiring ( a lot of money goes up here).
yet, for fresh graduate or unexperienced people, applying new job will feel like a total hell, they have to attend job fair, and send ton of cv everywhere. Here in my country, usually it tooks more than 3 month to get proper jobs.
Let's imagine if we can help both of company, and job applicant to cut the process.
We still digging our idea and feature, and going to validate it soon.
Did you ever have bad experience of hiring team, or apply for jobs guys? Or maybe you have any advice?
