Support function

An idea for support placement on the main page and a simplified flow a call back function.

The support function is placed in several places on the website: in the navigation, under the search section, next to the chat window and in the footer.

The main reason behind the support function is to help the elderly users find their way around the site and give necessary help in searching/booking.

The user has a choice of either calling/writing themselves or leave a phone number to be called back. All of the possibilities are displayed in one window.
