Rethinking the Panic Button (final design)

This project was an exercise in rethinking the "Panic Button" – a physical device worn by senior citizens in the case of an emergency.

The creative brief called for a more contemporary design with the emphasis on simplicity. My creative exploration included a competitive device/design analysis followed by an exploration of devices that might possibly inspire the design. The design phase included a paper prototype and design renderings.
