Velvet Onion Core Values

One of the first things we did as a team at Velvet Onion was to sit down over a beer and talk about our core values - what did we - as a collective - believe was important, and how should that influence the way that we grow as a business?

Over 12 months later, these values are still imperative to the way we work together. They have guided decisions - some of them difficult - and helped recognise and celebrate achievements. While printing and displaying these posters is largely symbolic - it's how we represent these values on a day-to-day basis that counts - they're an important reminder to ourselves (both now, and as we grow as a team) and our clients of what is important.
