Principia Mathematica - Sir Isaac Newton

COMPOSITE PORTRAIT OF SIR ISAAC NEWTON

This portrait of Sir Isaac Newton (estimated IQ of 180 to 200) is a carefully mapped averaging of four known portraits that may begin to capture a closer semblance of the young physicist's appearance.

To create of this image, I aligned two sets of portraits before performing and average rendering each output into a new export set, to then repeat this process for a final output rendering.

Since in each portrait an artist captured a specific moment in time, this process depicts not Newton himself from once moment, but a generalized equivalent of Newtons twin of the average age of each portrait.

In 1685 Newton composed the Principia Mathematica, widely regarded as one of the most important works in both the science of physics and in applied mathematics.
