Game 11 / Check out the whole project here

Needless to say, the Ducks had targets on them when they skated into Nationwide Arena last night (we have the signs to prove it) but after a getting a 2 goal lead in the first period, Anaheim turned their sights on us and tied the game by the end of the 3rd. The Ducks scored their first goal late in the second when the puck bounced off of Werenski's blade into the net. And their second goal slid past Bob in an utterly unexpected way...slowly. Bob was out of the crease playing the puck and just couldn't get his footing back in time. I guess after 3 shutouts this season so far we can give him one mistake. But just one. Werenski redeemed himself in OT when he received a beautiful pass from Saad and Wenny and shot it in the back of the net. We'll take it.

Game Highlights:
-Booooooooone Jenner scored his first goal of the season
-This was the first game Jones hasn't played this season (due to a broken foot we will be out for 3 weeks) pushing Werenski and Savard as the top defensive pair
-After building up their SOG numbers over the last few games, the CBJ reverted to their old ways only putting 10 on goal in the 2nd and 3rd periods
-Tortorella continued his efforts to build a humble and smart hockey team by sitting players when their attitudes aren't aligned
