About the Beer: This quintessential fall brew is just packed with wet hopped flavor. It’s 10 pounds of Chinook and Northern Hops were harvested direct from Brewmaster Dan’s backyard. The result is an aromatic and flavorful brew, whose hop oils create unique notes of juicy fruit and tea. It’s followed by a smooth finish of toasted malt undertones provided by a base of NYS Pale, Pilsner, and Caramel Malts. This Harvest Ale truly represents an autumnal beer at its best, providing the perfect companion for raking leaves or rocking on the porch.
