Quik by GoPro®

For the last few months I've been lucky enough to work with the teams at GoPro helping them crafting the brand new identity and UI for our latest app release, Quik.

“Quik automatically edits your videos for you. It's designed to create videos that look professionally edited in just a few taps, whether or not you know how to edit. Users can select multiple videos that are stored on their phone and GoPro camera, pick a soundtrack, and Quik automatically edits the videos together to the beat of the music. The app uses algorithms to search for the best moments in each video, and can even add transitions, effects, and filters.” — The Verge

This shot is a sneak peek of the final and wavy "Q" logo we designed, which then inspired the whole range of new GoPro's apps.

This logo animation was meant to become the outro ending every single user-powered video, being more than 100,000 daily exports.
