Adding a live chat tool to a website is another simple and effective way to build credibility with your customers. Even if you are a well established business, continuously maintaining customer trust and meeting customer expectations is important for both keeping existing relationships and for making new ones.

The whole unique value of our client BigScoots is focused on a “hand-holding” experience and we wanted to come up with some unique design for the online chat feature. Our idea was to enhance the whole live chat experience and create a sense of human touch by interesting micro-interactions.

Of course, there are several aspects (design, copy, easy to find, response time, expertise, … ) of how you manage live support on your website, which signal to the customer right away how credible your company is. Although, our role is to improve the UX and visual design, we always like to suggest business improvements.
