Cmd+5

FYI: Command+5 is a powerful thing in Illustrator. I use it a lot to help with lettering on curves. These guides were created with a straight line path and a curved line path with a blend filter to interpolate the curves. Expand your blended paths, select them, and hit cmd+5 to make some helpful guides to follow.
