You've got a big mouth!

I got the chance to make this little illustration for the Airbnb Creative Space Philly project a few months ago. The project focused on experiencing the city through the eyes of a muralist. So we wrote up this little diddy to explain the concept.

Philadelphia isn't a quiet city. It's not an easy city. But no matter what we're doing we're doing it with passion and most likely an opinion. So much so that even our walls seem to have something to say.

That's the idea we were looking to convey with this piece. It's not just a mural for the sake of being pretty. It's the artist's voice. The neighborhood's voice. The entire city's voice painted/pasted/projected on brick. Their art isn't in a studio or a gallery or a museum. It's out on the street for every single person to see or to feel, not just visually but mentally.
