Game 8 / Check out the whole project here

When you come back home from a killer win like Game 7, there is something extra you want to prove. To your fans, your home ice, your hockey club. That's the constant struggle for the Jackets, and period 1 of last night was showing it. Luckily something clicked 15 seconds from the end of the game when Gagner put one away and tied it up. Talk about waiting around. Fans who held onto hope got to see the Jackets finish this game up just 46 seconds into overtime. The shots on goal were intense, with Bob stopping 36 and Niemi 25. Que the pun: you could really see some shooting Stars.

Game Highlights:
-First time this season the Blue Jackets have had a winning record at 4-3-1
-CBJ swept the two-game season series with Dallas
-Ryan Murray returned to ice after missing the past four games
-The next eight of 11 games will be at Nationwide Arena
