Cismontane Brewing Co. Identity

Rebrand of Southern California based brewery Cismontane.

(cis-mon-tane): “This side of the mountains”, in reference to coastal Southern California. This was a common term used for Southern California while it was forming its identity during the gold rush and before prohibition.

The mark is a minimized reimagining of the coastline near the brewery where steep bluffs drop into the sea. The bright orangish/gold is representative of the "California Poppy" a symbol of California and a symbolic carry-over from the previous identity.
