This is my first kind of rebound ...(shot from @Fireart Studio.)
What I do over here are quite straightforward:
1. Decide what are the most important tasks/ info for user at that at particular page.
2. De-clutter information as much as possible

I gave myself 4 hours to make this so indeed visual touch was lacking. ;)
