This Application is for renting private parking spaces.
Our Persona is a 36 year old mom Monica, who drives her daughter Violet to school before work and parking is always a frustration. There are no meters and street parking is by permit only.
Her pain points: there is minimal parking, so it is always a trouble to find a spot. She’s often late to work.
Needs & goals: Monica needs a short time parking - not more than 30 minutes, but close to her daughter’s school.
Solution: Many of the houses near the school have empty driveways. Create an application for renting them.
