Stepped Customer Application, New User Onboarding

In order to pre-qualify customers, applicants are taken through a simple stepped onboarding process, requesting patient information, medical information, medical symptoms, and clinical visit information. To ensure another level of data authenticity, administrators approve applications for validity before they receive approval for requesting appointments.

Information is securely stored and presented to pre-approved clinical reviewers prior to the live video session.
