User Interviews

User Interviews are important as they give us a better picture of who the users are on a more personal basis. They can often uncover tangential problems that users have, and it also allows the flexibility for researchers to ask both broad and focused questions. It can be a great tool if one is looking to explore a topic. User Interviews can be especially useful during the initial stages of project conception OR when reevaluating a site’s goals and purposes.
