Approved proposal for a geek bookstore, which will not sell only books, but everything geek-related: comics, HQs, console games, boardgames, T-shirts and all sorts of toys and objects. It's a place to gather up and encounter, talk, trade, get together, play games. The purpose is to create a little geek universe, a place where geek people can feel at home.
