Restaurant Watch App – Drinks Topup

At ribot, we recently asked ourselves:

What does a smartwatch restaurant app look like? How can we make the restaurant service more efficient and painless for both the front of house and customers?

To explore this question, we designed and prototyped a restaurant app running on the Apple Watch allowing the customer to see and act on contextual information based around the most common restaurant interactions such as table allocation, attracting the attention of FoH, checking the status of an order, topping up drinks and paying.
